At Orna Creations, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags, packaging, and invoice included.
• Customized or personalized items (such as name-engraved or made-to-order pieces) are non-returnable.
• Pierced earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
   

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at OrnaCreations@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item 
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.
   

3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment.
• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund as appropriate.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be in processing or shipped and cannot be canceled.
